Our Method

The way we do

At the time of harvest, our truffles are carefully selected based on purity, size, and shape to ensure absolute quality.

We look for specific and unique characteristics in each truffle, often influenced by the trees and roots near which they have grown. 

We favour proximity to linden, hazelnut, Turkish oak, hornbeam, poplar, oak, and chestnut trees, as they help impart a distinctive aroma and color to each truffle. This is especially true for the prized white truffles, enhancing their absolute uniqueness.
